Fresh from 2018’s award-winning hit, The Ballad of Rosie Quinn, Republic of Song is back to weave new magic with a fusion of art song, aerial circus and physical theatre for a Mindful May.

Skyward is a heavenly fusion of music from the worlds of art song and minimalism, stunningly choreographed with aerial circus. Soaring live music performed by an ensemble of soprano, cello and piano combine with an array of aerial apparatus in an uplifting and contemplative evening of song and circus.

Works by Copland, Barber, Michael Nyman, Andre Previn and Arvo Pärt create the perfect soundtrack for an evening that is part concert, circus and meditation. Hit PAUSE during Anywhere for a Mindful May, and float Skyward.
